Residential Loan Processor
Minimum 5 years experience as a Residential Mortgage Loan Processor in a Commercial Bank Experience working the complete mortgage loan cycle from the application and loan disclosures to the loan approval and closing process. Detail oriented along with good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Needs the ability to multi-task. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as PC Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel). Experience working with Calyx Point Central required. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Loan Portfolio Manager
Min. 2-5 years experience as a Portfolio Manager in a commercial banking environment. Experience providing support to business development officers/lenders in the daily administration of business activity, exceptions, delinquencies, addressing future maturities, review of legal documentation and facilitating the closing process. Experience performing annual reviews, site inspections for existing loans and answering customer inquiries. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required. Credit Training and analytical experience preferred. Good organizational, problem solving and analytical skills required in conjunction with ability to multi-task. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as PC Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Bilingual English/Spanish required.
