Head Teller


Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior/Head Teller in banking and supervisory experience required.  Experience on operational procedures at the branch/platform level required. Thorough knowledge of on-line teller terminal. Previous experience referring/cross selling bank products preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. PC proficient on Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

 

Sales & Service Associate

Customer Service Representative

Minimum 3 years experience as a Customer/Financial Service Representative and Teller in banking. Good knowledge of on-line teller terminal. Excellent customer service and cross selling skills. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. PC Proficient on Microsoft Office.  Bilingual English/Spanish required.

 

 Residential Loan Processor


Min.  3 years experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor in a bank, mortgage banking company or mortgage brokerage business.. Experience working the complete mortgage loan cycle from the application to the loan approval and closing process. Detail oriented along with good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Needs the ability to multi-task. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as PC Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Experience working with Calyx System a big plus. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
