Business Development Officer
Minimum 5 years of Domestic Commercial Banking Sales experience. Proven experience on Business Development required, although not expected to bring a book of business. Proven experience on Hialeah or Coral Gables Market and its surrounding markets. Good experience maintaining and improving the quality of the deposit portfolio. Experience creating and maintaining “Know Your Customers” profiles. Basic Credit Training required. Good analytical skills including legal and financial documentation review. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Good communication and writing skills. Experience preparing and making presentations. Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skill set. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Compliance/BSA Analyst Investigator
Minimum 1 year experience in BSA/AML process and two years banking experience. Ability to write an investigation and exercise independent judgment in some tasks. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Bachelor’s Degree from any accredited University or Certified by ACAMS or FIBA. Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel) required. Experience working with bank systems such as Bankway, Prime, V Soft preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Residential Loan Processor
Min. 3 years experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor in a bank, mortgage banking company or mortgage brokerage business.. Experience working the complete mortgage loan cycle from the application to the loan approval and closing process. Detail oriented along with good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Needs the ability to multi-task. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as PC Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Experience working with Calyx System a big plus. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
