LOST OR STOLEN ATM/DEBIT CARD

Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit Card -  If you believe your ATM or Debit Card has been lost or stolen, or that your account has been affected by a non-authorized transfer or debit without your permission, you need to call us immediately.  Call us during regular business hours (8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m., Monday – Friday) at 305-223-7219 and speak to a representative in our Customer Support Department.  After regular business hours or on weekends and holidays, please call 1-800-236-2442.  You can also write to us at Terrabank, N.A., Customer Support Department, P.O. Box 140460, Coral Gables, FL  33114-0460.

You should call us immediately at 305-223-7219 if you believe there are fraudulent transactions made on your account without your permission.

Nos debe llamar inmediatamente al 305-223-7219 si ve o cree que puede haber transacciones fraudulentas en su cuenta.
