                                                    Loan Operations Manager

Min. 5-10 years of relevant and current loan operations experience in a Community Bank or similar lending environment including a minimum of 3 years at a manager level.  This position will effectively support the lending team and develop and implement best practices in loan operations related processes and procedures.  Pro-active leader and team player with solid interpersonal skills with the ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization.  Experience interacting with auditors, loan review, compliance, and examiners to assist in Bank reviews and examinations.  Expertise in HMDA, CRA, mortgage operations, servicing, collections, credit cards programs, loan documentation and closings.  Strong computer skills with knowledge of FIS/Bankway, and Synergy, Wolters Kluwer and document imaging and tickler software. Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high level of knowledge in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Bilingual (English and Spanish)

                                   Loan Documentation Specialist/Loan Closer

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Loan Documentation Specialist/Closer in a bank or legal firm specialize on commercial and residential loans. Experience working with Consumer, Residential and Commercial Loan Documentation review including insurance policies review, loan funding, booking and imaging.  Experience working with bank systems such as FIS/Bankway, Synergy, Share File, and Accusystem Loan Document Managing and Tickler System. Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel) required. Good knowledge of banking-loan rules & regulations as well as loan reports. Excellent verbal and writing skills (English required). Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while providing attention to detail.

                                                              Sales & Service Associate
                                                              Teller/Customer Service Rep.
                                                                     Hialeah Branch

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Customer/Financial Service Representative and Teller in banking. Good knowledge of on-line teller terminal and account opening/servicing procedures required. Excellent customer service and cross selling skills. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. PC Proficient on Microsoft Office.  Bilingual English/Spanish required.


Wire Transfer Specialist
Full Time

Minimum of 2 years of Wire Transfer Department experience in banking. Prior experience as a Wire Transfer Clerk or Wire Transfer Specialist processing and clearing incoming/outgoing wire transfers. Must be detail oriented and have good knowledge of operations and wire transfer procedures, BSA and OFAC guidelines and regulations. Experience working with Fedlink, Fedline and SWIFT system. Experience with call back procedures preferred. Good problem solving and analytical skills. Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication. Good organizational skills. Good follow-up and multi- tasking skill set. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.  PC Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Bilingual English/Spanish.
