Min.3-5 years experience working in International Banking assisting Account Officers handling Corporate and Personal customers in person or by phone. Experience working with international customers and documentation from Latin America. Excellent customer service. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good follow-up and multi- tasking skill set. Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel , desirable in PowerPoint) and bank systems such as Bankway. OFAC, Chexsystem. Bilingual English/Spanish verbal/written.

Minimum 3 years experience as a Customer/Financial Service Representative and Teller in banking. Excellent customer service and cross selling skills. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Compliance/BSA Analyst Investigator
Min.1 year experience in BSA/AML process and two years banking experience. Ability to write an investigation and exercise independent judgment in some tasks. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Bachelor’s Degree from any accredited University or Certified by ACAMS or FIBA. Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel) required. Experience working with bank systems such as Bankway, Prime, V Soft preferred. English required.
