                                                  Retail Banking Operations Coordinator

Minimum of 5 years of branch operations experience at a manager level. Experience writing and implementing procedures. Experience leading efficiency projects. Experience training Retail Banking employees. Good knowledge of domestic and international account documentation. Good knowledge of Consumer Compliance regulations required. Candidate must have excellent communications skills and must be sufficiently tech savvy to navigate various bank applications and software programs. Experience on system conversion and implementation prefer.  Proficient in FIS, BankWay preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word & Excel). Excellent writing, interpersonal, follow up and organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
