Experience performing annual reviews on the different types of credit. Experience monitoring collateral values, valuations dates and methodology. Experience working with agreements requirements. Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel) and bank systems such as Bankway, Accusystem, Moody’s Credit Lens. Bachelor’s Degree from any accredited University required. Client Services Representative – International
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in International Banking assisting Account Officers handling Corporate and Personal customers in person, by phone and email. Experience working with international customers and documentation from Latin America. Excellent customer service skills. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good follow-up and multi- tasking skill set. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and bank systems such as Bankway. OFAC, Chex system. Bilingual English/Spanish-high proficiency- verbal/written.
Human Resources/Payroll Specialist
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Bachelors’ degree in a related field. Banking experience preferred. Experience with ADP WFN is a plus. Detail orientated and strong organizational skills. Working knowledge of HR employment practices, polices and procedures. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. Able to handle sensitive and confidential information. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties including recruiting. Assist in payroll preparation and prepare necessary reports. Process all changes and new hires or terminations in the HRIS system. Assist employees with any HR related questions or request.
Loan Documentation Officer
Min.3 years experience as a Loan Documentation Specialist/Closer in a bank or legal firm specialize on commercial and residential loans. Experience working with Consumer, Residential and Commercial Loan Documentation review including insurance policies review, loan funding, booking and imaging, HMDA LAR. Experience working with bank systems such as FIS/Bankway, Synergy, Share File, and Accusystem Loan Document Managing and Tickler System. Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel) required. Good knowledge of banking-loan rules & regulations as well as loan reports. Excellent verbal and writing skills (English required). Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while providing attention to detail.
Relationship Manager (Hialeah Market)
Minimum 5 years of Domestic Retail Banking Sales experience. Business Development experience required with proven experience in prospecting, sales, and referring to other lines of business. Responsible for maintaining an operationally efficient and compliant branch. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues.
Experience in the Hialeah, Doral, and Medley areas and its surrounding markets preferred. Good track record maintaining and improving the quality of the deposit portfolio. Experience with creating and maintaining “Know Your Customers” profiles. Basic Credit Training required with the ability to analyze credit documents. Good analytical skills including legal and financial documentation review. Good communication and writing skills. Experience preparing and making presentations. Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skill set. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Good follow-up and multi- tasking skill set. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Bilingual English/Spanish-high proficiency- verbal/written.
