Experience performing financial analysis to determine the merits of specific loan requests for C&I, CRE, RRE, Credit Cards, SNC, Trade Finance and Correspondent Banking Credit Facilities. Experience performing annual reviews on the different types of credit. Experience monitoring collateral values, valuations dates and methodology. Experience working with agreements requirements. Good knowledge of credit policies, procedures and compliance regulations in banking. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good follow-up and multi- tasking skill set. Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel) and bank systems such as Bankway, Accusystem, Moody’s Credit Lens. Bachelor’s Degree from any accredited University required or equivalent job experience. Bilingual English/Spanish verbal/written.
Loan Operations/Servicing Clerk
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a banking Loan Servicing Clerk in a bank or legal firm specialize on commercial, consumer and residential loans. Experience working with Consumer, Residential and Commercial Loan Documentation Review, including insurance, loan funding and booking. Experience working with bank systems such as FIS/Bankway, Synergy, Share File, and Accusystem Loan Document Managing and Tickler System. Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel) required. Knowledge of banking-loan rules & regulations as well as loan reports. Excellent verbal and writing skills (English required). Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while providing attention to detail.
Teller/Sales & Service Associate Hialeah Branch
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Customer/Financial Service Representative and Teller in banking. Good knowledge of on-line teller terminal and account opening/servicing procedures required. Excellent customer service and cross selling skills. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. PC Proficient on Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Jr. BSA Analyst
Min. 1 year experience working in Banking. Experience working with CTR’s and OFAC required. Experience working with account documentation for domestic and international accounts prefer. Knowledge of “Know Your Customer”, CIP, policies, procedures and compliance regulations. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good follow-up and multi- tasking skill set. Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel) and bank systems such as Prime, Bankway, OFAC. Bachelor’s Degree from any accredited University or Certified ACAMS/FIBA or equivalent job experience. Bilingual English/Spanish verbal/written.
