Sr. Customer Service Rep / Jr. Portfolio Manager

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in International Banking department managing or co -managing a personal and/or corporate deposit portfolio. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or marketing, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience generating new business. Experience working with international customers and documentation from Latin America. Excellent customer service skills. Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Good follow-up and multi- tasking skill set. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and bank systems such as Bankway. OFAC, Chex system. Bilingual English/Spanish-high proficiency- verbal/written.

Relationship Manager

Minimum of 3-5 years of Personal/Commercial Banking experience. Proven experience in Business Development required, although not expected to bring a book of business. Good experience maintaining and improving the quality of the deposit portfolio. Experience creating and maintaining “Know Your Customers” profiles. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Good analytical skills including legal, financial and compliance documentation review. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Good communication, organizational and writing skills. Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skill set.
