Sr. Customer Service Representative/Jr. Portfolio Manager
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing or comanaging an International Personal/Commercial Banking deposit portfolio. Proven experience generating new business required, although not expected to bring a book of business. Experience working with international customers and documentation from Latin America; preferably Central American market. Experience creating/maintaining “Know Your Customer” profiles and understanding BSA/AML inquires. Excellent organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skill set. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and bank systems such as Bankway, Accusystems, and Fedlink. English/Spanish-high proficiency- verbal/written.
Business Data Analyst
Jr. Credit Analyst
Minimum 1 year of experience in banking and as Credit Analyst preferred. Good experience in researching through the different internet search engines. Bachelor Degree in Accounting required. Basic knowledge of financial statements, tax returns, credit reports preferred. Excellent analytical and writing skills. Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Detailed oriented. Advance knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products with emphasis on Excel. English required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Loan Operations/Servicing Specialist
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a banking Loan Servicing Specialist in a bank or legal firm specialize on commercial, consumer and residential loans. Experience working with Consumer, Residential and Commercial Loan Documentation Review, process escrow disbursements for insurances, real estate taxes including surplus, overpayments and escrow analysis. Monitor insurances and force place as necessary. Experience working with bank systems such as FIS/Bankway, Synergy, Share File, and AccuSystems Loan Document Managing and Tickler System. Proficient in Microsoft (Outlook, Word & Excel) required. Knowledge of banking-loan rules & regulations as well as loan reports. Excellent verbal and writing skills (English required). Good organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while providing attention to detail.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience working in audit & financial reporting, account & data analysis, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, management reporting, internal controls including bank compliance. Proficient in Excel; Formulas, PivotTables, Macros, etc. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to take on new projects when needed. Good understanding of accounting principles. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. Excellent English communications skills; both written and verbal.
